We ship our packages overnight with the highly trusted FedEx, UPS & USPS so the chances of anything happening to your package is very slim. We also always fully insure our packages and require a signature at the door.

People make big purchases online such as vacations, high-end fashion and even bank online! We take security seriously, and your information is safe with us. We never share or sell your information. We also guaranty our that our jewelry is the quality that is stated on our website.

Most of our items are in-stock. However, some pieces might take 4-6 weeks before we can ship because they are made to order. But we do always ship insured overnight once we have it ready for you. We will send you email notifications with updates about your purchase.

Currently, at this time we do not ship international orders yet.

If you don't see the option for your ring size, we might be out of stock. However, that doesn't mean you are out of luck! We have a jeweler and can resize current rings that we have in-stock. It doesn't hurt to check, so send us an email or contact us by phone. We would be happy to help you.

During checkout, there is a box where you can leave us a message about what you ordered. Go ahead and if you have any questions or specific requests, leave a message there, and we will respond within 24 hours. For gift wrapping options, we have seasonal, anniversary or birthday options available.

Step 1: Measure your wrist just below the wrist bone, where one would normally wear a bracelet, with a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper.

Step 2: If you are using a plain strip of paper, then measure that paper strip with a ruler to determine your wrist size.

Step 3: To find the bracelet size, increase the wrist measurement by the increment below, based on how you wants the bracelet to fit.

For a snug fit, add 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch.

For a comfort fit, add 3/4 inch to 1 inch.

For a loose fit, add 1-1/4 inch.

Average woman's bracelet sizes are 7 inch - 7 1/2 inch.

Average men's bracelet size 8 1/2 inch.

If you come by our store front, we can take the guessing out of the picture by sizing your finger for you. 

Gently take a soft measuring tape and wrap it closely around your neck. Whatever your neck measurement is, add 2 inch to that and that’s a comfortable length for chokers.

Women:
14 Inch Necklace Fits like a choker and wraps closely around the neck.
16 Inch Necklace Falls perfectly around the base of the neck like a collar. On a petite woman it hangs loosely around the neck and falls just at the collarbone. On a plus size women it might sit more like a choker.
18 Inch Necklace A common length for women that sits gracefully on the collarbone.
20 Inch Necklace Will fall just below the collarbone.
24 Inch Necklace Falls at or just above the top of the bust.
30 Inch Necklace Falls in the middle of the bust.
36 Inch Necklace Falls below the bust.

Men:
18 Inch Necklace Sits at the base of the neck for smaller neck sizes.
20 Inch Necklace A common length for men that reaches the collarbone.
22 Inch Necklace Falls a few inches below the collarbone.
24 Inch Necklace Reaches just above the sternum.
